Wonderful Stay!
fresh croissants book library
I was grateful for the on-site supermarket. It had fresh croissants each morning. I appreciated also the book library just outside the supermarket. I found great selections, this.
I think the hotel lacks evening options. The pool bar closed early . This meant there were no spots to enjoy drinks later at night.

The pools are super clean and a big plus. I noticed the slides are in good condition. The hotel offers well kept communal areas which are pleasing.

The hotel location is great. It gives easy access to Playa Dorada beach. Aldi supermarket is also nearby and provides convenience for shopping needs.

The staff was friendly. They are helpful for all requests. I found the handyman even opened our wine when we had a corked bottle.

I enjoyed the onsite shop. It had many essentials. the staff were very friendly. there were two large swimming pools and a separate kids pool with water slides. the apartments were spacious. reception staff were helpful. i particularly appreciated the entertainer who involved everyone in activities. He spoke english well.
The maid service was inconsistent. It could have been better.

lovely view convenient location good variety cold pools adult only pool loud music
the rooms were spacious enough, and the view from my apartment was lovely. the location was really convenient! it was easy to reach both the marina and the main areas. i found good variety at breakfast.
I thought the pools were too cold. also! the indoor heated pool was for adults only? this was a real shame for families. the pool bar music was quite loud at times. It was hard to relax.

the facilities included a well-stocked snack bar and a convenient on-site shop. the staff addressed minor issues efficiently! i found the grounds to be well-kept. the pools were clean too.

the hotel is near the beach, marina, and port! a bus stop is also located nearby. the area is great for those seeking peace, away from busy roads, shops, bars, and restaurants.

The reception staff were amazing! the bar staff were friendly and helpful. the cleaning ladies were also very efficient. They maintained a high level of cleanliness. the groundskeepers kept everything tidy!

the pools are good, and the slides are fun for kids! there are four pools and a splash park with slides. the main pool is heated, though just a little. there is also a mini market and amusements on-site.
