I enjoyed the onsite shop. It had many essentials. the staff were very friendly. there were two large swimming pools and a separate kids pool with water slides. the apartments were spacious. reception staff were helpful. i particularly appreciated the entertainer who involved everyone in activities. He spoke english well.
The maid service was inconsistent. It could have been better.

the rooms were spacious enough, and the view from my apartment was lovely. the location was really convenient! it was easy to reach both the marina and the main areas. i found good variety at breakfast.
I thought the pools were too cold. also! the indoor heated pool was for adults only? this was a real shame for families. the pool bar music was quite loud at times. It was hard to relax.

the facilities included a well-stocked snack bar and a convenient on-site shop. the staff addressed minor issues efficiently! i found the grounds to be well-kept. the pools were clean too.
the sun beds looked a bit worn.

The reception staff were amazing! the bar staff were friendly and helpful. the cleaning ladies were also very efficient. They maintained a high level of cleanliness. the groundskeepers kept everything tidy!

the pools are good, and the slides are fun for kids! there are four pools and a splash park with slides. the main pool is heated, though just a little. there is also a mini market and amusements on-site.
